• Stop daydreaming and be thankful for what’s in front of you.

• We don’t talk about money - it’s impolite to ask about that. 

I heard all of those things so many times as a child - it’s no mystery as to why it took a lot of inner work (and continued work) to breakthrough those beliefs and allow myself to shout it from the rooftops:

Let me let you in on a lesson I woke up to a few years ago… it’s not selling that’s the problem.

It’s the fear of rejection.
The fear of not being good enough.
The fear of being seen for who you really are. 
And surprisingly enough - the fear of not selling “the right way.”

I’ve been there too, and it took plenty of time to shake myself free. Even as a fear coach, I realized I was approaching potential clients from a place of fear. Ultimately, re-creating what I was committed to freeing people from.

I was following sales scripts that didn’t feel aligned and I kept hearing from other coaches that you can’t take no for an answer. That is some old school B.S. - let me tell you ;)
